1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a contract between you and Nexus AI ("Nexus AI", "we", "us") governing your use of the website, the course content and the student area (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Accounts are personal. Sharing credentials or giving access to third parties is not allowed and may lead to suspension.
- Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscription and billing
Access to the full course is sold as a recurring subscription of $19.90 per month, charged in advance through our payment provider's secure checkout. Prices are shown before you pay and may exclude taxes that apply in your country.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it and suspend access until it succeeds.
- We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- Cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. No further charges are made.
- 14-day money-back guarantee. If this is your first subscription and you request a refund within 14 days of the first payment, we refund it in full, no questions asked.
- After the first 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
- To cancel or request a refund, use the payment provider's portal or email [email protected].
5. License to the course content
While your subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the course content (lessons, text, videos, slides, exercises) for your own learning. You may not:
- copy, record, download (unless we provide a download button), redistribute, resell or publicly display the content;
- share your account or the content with people who are not subscribed;
- use the content to build a competing course or to train AI models;
- remove copyright or ownership notices.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you will not attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe or scan our systems, scrape content, upload malicious code, harass other students in the community, or use the Service for anything illegal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
7. Code samples
Source code shown in the lessons and in the companion repository is licensed to you under the MIT License unless a file states otherwise. You may use it in your own projects, including commercial ones. The code is provided as an educational reference and without warranty of any kind.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, the course content, the Nexus AI name and logo and all related materials are owned by Nexus AI or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Except for the licenses expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned in the course (such as Microsoft, .NET, Anthropic or OpenAI) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, update, reorganize or retire lessons as the field evolves, and we may change features of the student area. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give active subscribers at least 30 days' notice and refund any prepaid period that is not delivered.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The course is educational material; results depend on your own effort and context. We make no promises about employment, certification recognition, specific outcomes, or the suitability of any technique for your production systems. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (licenses restrictions, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Nexus AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to a different forum. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
